Modifiable Reports

I would like to be able to modify the format though.

I think we might need some more information here as I'm not sure what needs to be "modifiable". All reports can be downloaded as HTML by the way. In HTML format it can be opened and directly edited. After editing the HTML file, it can be opened in the browser and you can use the browser's "Print to PDF" function to convert the HTML file to PDF.
