Get results at specific nodes

Want to be able to obtain results for the selected nodes/members only (in table view) without having to export all the data to Excel and filter it there.

Now available in S3D - click Nodal Results on the Results menu. Users can enter a specific node ID (leave blank for all nodes) and sort the table by load magnitude. Users can also export to CSV
