Add option for lateral loads

Is it possible to add an option to add lateral (x-axis) loads?
For example, we can add vertical loads, but if there is a fence or wall above the retaining wall, and we want to model a wind load from the fence to the posts into the ground that pushes against the wall, there is no option to add that.
