Design by Analysis method.
It should has input as tank length, width, height, thickness, elevation from FFL. number of supports , load - bottom plate, side plate etc.
Further using FE analysis method, calculation should be carried out accordingly. ref : 6m x 5m x 3m Rec Tank (available in my Files)
