Add pole footings as a foundation type to check

Pole footings are different from isolated footings per the IBC, and there is a straightforward design check equation for either unrestrained or restrained (like a non-structural slab surrounds the pole footing) and those are sections 1807.3.2.1 and 1807.3.2.2 in the 2015 IBC. So its not difficult to design and calc them, where the vertical analysis is just P/A but the sections I note are for the lateral analysis.
