Import Load Combinations - Strength and Service

I would like to be able to import Strength AND Service load combinations to avoid inputting combinations manually. A bonus would be to tag them as Strength or Service prior to import.

Changes have now been made to allow users to:
- Copy and Paste Load Combinations to and from Excel/Google Sheets
- Uncheck the “Clear Previous Load Combinations on Import” Checkbox to keep your existing load combinations so that you can add multiple imports.
